This is part 1 of 2 of a bit of AA history but it may not be for everyone, so if you are feeling the need for a speaker meeting pick something else from our list. 

This is an H & I Conference, that features some significant figures in AA's history, John, Col. Edward Towns (as in Towns Hospital) and Sr. Ignatia in part 1. In part 2 we have AA founder Bill W, Dr. Bradley and Dr. Brightman.

Bo T from West Blockton AL tells his story as an Al-Anon speaker at the Flint River Roundup in Albany GA in 2014, he is a pretty funny guy.


This meeting was a Bill W anniversary dinner at a World Service Delegates event in NY in 1988. The first speaker is Jack G from Scotland followed by Elsie T from New Zealand, the final speaker is Tim from NY. They are all world service delegates.

Chief B. H. sober since 1958 is from Ferndale MI, he is telling his story at the Winter Gathering in Columbus OH in Jan of 2002. We have another speak by him Here


Mari G became sober in 1984, she was born in Scotland and is telling her story at the Linwood Monday Night Change Through Action Group in the summer of 2012.
