Lorraine K, sober 26 years at the time of this speak, speaking in Lynnwood WA at the Saturday Night Live Pine Lake Speaker Meeting on March 2017
Minnie M. from Las Vegas, NV speaking at the Houston Conference for Young People in Alcoholics Anonymous in Houston, TX - 2008
Frank K speaking at Lake Yale Baptist Assembly Autumn Mtg. Sept. 1987
Sharon B. speaking about step 12 at an unknown event in Dec 2006
Jack B – telling his story a the Ontario Regional Conference - Toronto 1973. Its a great speak, he had a pretty amazing life and I love his accent I could listen to him for hours.
Bill W speaking on the history of the Big Book in 1953. This was a very poor recording to start with, it had a really nasty hum, I was able to get out most of the background noise. Bill's voice is much clearer (a bit sharp) however the filtering I had to do makes the laughter from the audience sound strange but listenable.
Nancy B. from Denton TX speaking at the eighth annual Cornhusker Roundup in 2005. Nancy has a clear message delivered with much humor.
A great message from Barney M. from La Jolla, CA. 18 years sober at the time of this speak, he is a very funny man who doesnt like newcomers! Speaking at an unknown conference on an unknown date, he passed away in 1995.
A very good workshop conducted by Norma A on the 12 Traditions. The history of, and a detailed explanation of each. This workshop was given in 2014 so it also has mention of social media.
I am trying to find more workshops conducted by women in the program (I have many by men), if you happen to have any you can share please upload them at sobercast.com and please tell your friends about Sober Cast. This workshop is just over 4 hours and the file is 125 megs.
I have one of these and it is one of my favorite items, a really excellent and useful for book study meetings or as a gift to a newcomer who is going to be heading to one.
