AA Beginners Class: Mike takes a group all the way through the steps over a period of four weeks. This is a repost from July of 2017

Based on AA beginners classes popular in the 1940s that were conducted by different groups of AA. I was a little fascinated by this bit of AA history I knew nothing about. I did a little research and have reprinted a lengthy article about the beginner classes here: https://scast.us/begin

There are a number of questions asked during the workshop that are impossible to hear, but the answers make most of the questions fairly clear. Recorded in 2009, this workshop is 4 hrs long.

Charlie C from Los Angeles CA is speaking on the topic of Step 4 with a focus on Fear & Sex at the Stateline Retreat held in Primm Nevada in 2006, he has a great sense of humor and that makes for an entertaining speak with a solid message. Repost from early 2020.

This is a panel meeting from the Northwest Fellowship Of The Spirit Conference held in August of 2022. It was led by Sarah, Colter and Randy on Step 3 and was hosted at Warm Beach in Washington. After the three leads share for about the first 30 min they are followed by folks sharing their experience around the 3rd Step. I did considerable editing on this, not so much on content as mike noise, removing dead air and pulling down volume on loud spots. FYI... there is still a bit of mike noise.

It felt like a while since we have had a speaker from the past and I started looking through my archives and found this speak by a man named Clyde D. Clyde is from El Monte California and is telling his story at the NCCAA Fall Conference in Fresno California in October of 1969 (for a 1969 recording the audio quality is remarkable).

Julie L from Studio City (originally from Ireland) is the main speaker at a Southern California speaker meeting held by an unknown group in May of 2016. She is a good speaker and a very funny lady (LGBTQ). Repost from 2019.
