A couple of days ago I was part of a meeting for a group that was trying to organize themselves into a fellowship rather than a bunch of meetings, that always brings the traditions to mind and it got me thinking about this.
A very good workshop conducted by Norma A on the 12 Traditions. The history of, and a detailed explanation of each tradition. This workshop was given in 2014 so it also has mention of social media. Repost from early 2017.

Renee S sent me this recording about an hour before I started putting today's ep. together, she even included the description below, talk about making it easy for me.
Judy S from Redondo Beach California was 45 years sober in Alcoholics Anonymous when she spoke on the topic of Being Involved at Rocket Recovery, a New Zealand-based Al-Anon speaker meeting, in March of 2023. It’s a great speak as it’s all about recovery and what she’s doing today to stay spiritually, mentally and physically sober after all these years. Zoom

Angie P from Cincinnati Ohio tells her story at the 52nd Florida State Convention held in Fort Lauderdale in 2008. Angie is one of my favorite speakers, she is very funny, always delivers a solid message and I love listening to her talk about going to her first meeting. She has been on the podcast a few times, just use the search to find more from her.

Kip C is the speaker at this unknown event, all I know about it is, it was labeled as a MARR banquet and I have no idea when or where it took place. I did however get drawn into his story as he told it and thought you might too.

Laura is the first speaker on the topic of "What is the Problem?" from Back to the Basics in Coppet Switzerland May 2014. There is some Q&A at the end and it is a little hard to hear some of the questions, but easy enough to figure out from the answers. This is a repost from May of 2018.

I have one of these and it is one of my favorite items, a really excellent and useful for book study meetings or as a gift to a newcomer who is going to be heading to one.
The First 164 pages of The Big Book with lined blank pages opposite each page of text for note taking.
Paragraph numbers along side the text for easy reference. Entire Original Manuscript (about) including the stories. Easy to read retyped version. Includes paragraph numbers corresponding to the modern text for easy comparison.
Footnotes explaining historical and obscure references in the text.
