Charlie C. talking about fear and sex at a retreat in 2006. He does a nice job, it felt like he focused more on fear, but it is a good talk.
"Lean forward into the fear"
Steve - Brief speak on the topic followed by introducing the main speaker.
Hedi - Main speaker on sponsorship, I liked how up-front she is about needing help with outside issues after being sober a while.
Astrid H - A very direct young woman that kicks a little step ass.
"The gift of desperation is a gift."
Patti O. - I heard her at a meeting on Saturday night and really loved her message of hope mixed with a great sense of humor, this speak is Patti from a few years ago.
John S. - Things started getting better when he got out of his own way, he is an amusing guy.
"I was a bigshot, and these small people were trying to tell me how to treat my wife!"
Gloria - "Apaches Attack at Night" (I really enjoyed her talk, she is a very interesting woman with quite a story).
Terri - "I had to participate in all three legacies."
Bob - "The wine rack held 99 bottles"
Followed by volunteers from the floor coming up to share
Beth H - Distorted Thinking
A good talk about self and dealing with it in early sobriety.
"Work for the goal!.... that went right over my head."
Pooven G - Telling his story about losing almost everything and getting it back again.
Don - Telling a bit of his story
You blokes were, but I was not insane."
